Blinky - try your Regional prevention officer too! They are meant to be responsible for that type of stuff in the Regions (could be hard with yours being just across the road lol).
I know when Blitz went to R3 it was the Ops Planning Officer and Prevention officer that organised that (18mths ago).
Trying to get anything out off HQ is like getign blood from a stone in the Simpson (although that said Ragless has been busy with the show, so has probally not been in for a week or three)As for Miller, probally like the rest of the HQ prevention unit, out to coffee
