Bit more than a house, and put it this way, the residents had been lobbying the council to clean it up for the last 20 years.

according to the news tonight, old house not used as a residence, but used to store old timber, paint and thinners....oh and at least one 45kg gas bottle that scared the crap out of the attending crews...lol...not that I was listening or anything  :-D

upgrade in alarms was for water issues (including the hook lift water tank i think i heard - 2017), and for additional crew resources in the heat

Yes, we got a nice shock when it exploded,great balls of fire!

the tv footage of that was pretty good viewing.......just as well PBI is dark ish...lmao
