gady all just looking at the promo site and pickles site and came across this
oakbank 14 i only notice the rego plate
we save lives, we breath smoke, we eat ash, why do we do it? cos it's a way of life for us that we have chosen to take

yer to right about the diff the old 14 been at pickles for about 1 1/2 month when it first appeared i inquied about it it appears to be front diff / tranfor case that is shot

These things were awesome! Best fun to ride on and great quick attack trucks! Not very safe in a roll over crew seats had no roll over protection. A roll over would have been nasty!!!!!

Had some of the best fire fights I can remember on the back of one of these. 8-)

Had some of the best fire fights I can remember on the back of one of these. 8-)

Firefrog they were a reeeaaal quick vehicle, stinkin big 351 engine and I also had some of the best firefights from the back of these things, also they were oretty good for waterfights. :evil:
As far as rollover protection , if i was on the back always made sure the chin strap was tight on my topguard helmet, so I was okay :-D

There were quite a few of the F350's in different configurations in service, Aldgate 14, Aldinga Beach Rescue, Athelstone 71, Balhannah 14,Carey Gully 14,Nairne 72,Warooka 14,Quorn 14 etc just to name a few.

and some of those old 14 are in the big shed here in Sunny Naracoorte and are great to drive....
