Lower South East - Very High

Wednesday :  A Severe Weather Warning has been issued for Wednesday. Areas of
rain, contracting northeast. Fresh to strong north to northwest winds, ahead of
a cooler, fresh to strong and squally southwest change during the morning. Winds
possibly reaching gale force at times. Scattered showers with and following the
change, more widespread southwest of about Keith. Isolated thunderstorms and
small hail.

Im sure the 90 k/mh winds predicted in the Severe Weather Warning will make things interesting up there :-o

Its a burn off gone wrong by the sounds of it.....mind you fire's up that way are now better controlled due to DEH doing so much burning off in the last 6 months....

I heard they 'over achieved' by about 2000ha.

Well we couldn't have a fire season pass by without at least one fire in the park could we.

What a great thing!

The better the burn now, the less for next years fire season.

GREAT to see national sparks burning again and with some vigour!
