dark blue field uniform, with a dark blue shirt under that...

heat stress pfft, thats why i do fitness and drink regularly......

Casuals/work clothes dont go out on calls, hence its all usually in the boot.

Who has time to get changed before heading off to a firecall, if I did that there is no way I would make the truck.

If I know it is going to be a long job I might grab a long sleeve shirt off my hook so I can wear it later when a jacket is no longer necessary, other than that it whatever I have on at the time.
Crankster on scene, you can take a stop...

I tend go for the shorts and a drill shirt as it give a proffesional look the shirt that is. As  I don't think it is necessary to go in heat stress mode as I tend to work safely. It also gives me the ability to go into a hazmat job in if worse case scenario happends. I live in a place were the average year temp is 30 degrees
keep it simple for sanity skes please

I live fairly close to our station so I usually have time to get some shorts on and a long sleeve shirt.

Cotton brigade shirt and shorts. There's a spare pair with my gear, and it takes about 20 seconds to change one's gear, and a hell of a lot longer than that to recover if you end up with shrink-wrapping...
