I would be interested in understanding the tower construction. Was this a thin spiral staircase or a large tower with a room at the top ? How high is the tower ?

I hope the casualty is OK.

It was in a control tower. first floor which was about 4-5 metres from ground level, only access was by internal and external ladders. Casualty was lowered down by stokes litter through the external access.
