why doesnt SA have something like this?

yeh i think SA should have something similar...but not a allout "pass" to get out of work all the time...should something like exceptional circumstances...

i.e  domestic fire = BA operators,  RCR = RCR operators, More Crew for a going Scrub fire = any nearby people within town limits...

ive recently obtained a new job,  and i aint leaving it till my probationary period is over...but its something im considering as time goes by...havent even talked about it with the manager as yet.

agreed youd need fine print to stop people abusing it i suppose however might help those brigades that struggle for day crew and an alternative to the paid firey suggestion in the paper
