CFS Act

I heard recently from an unreliable source that the CFS Act is no longer valid due to the formation of SAFECOM. But CFS are now covered by a different act. Does anyone know about this?

Yes it is now called the Fire and Emergency Services Act 2005...you can download it via CFS website :wink:

In case it wasn't clear from SA Fireys post, the SAFECOM act replaced and updated the CFS Act. I Don't think there were any significant changes from the original though...
