Salisbury 34?

I thought Salisbury's 34 went to Owen when Salisbury received their 34P. Or have Salisbury received another 34? If so where did this 34 come from?

And why is CAD looking for 3 appliances to a RCR?  I noticed the same thing with another Para group brigade as well.

Just curious as most other RCR responses seem to follow Sop 2.1 on the initial dispatch and just send a fire and a rescue resource.

Have noticed previous RCR's to that area only have attracted 2 appliances. Still a few bugs in SACAD maybe?

Is R2 34 stored there? Does it run as Salisbury 34 in CAD when in station?? Other than that a glitch I'd say

Bagyass is spot on R2 spare stored in salisbury and is in SACAD as SLSB34 when it is in station. It is kept in station and marked up as Region 2 reserve and is used for the bushfire reserves that run out of salisbury during the fire danger season.

No real need for it to be attached to responses but that is just what happens in SACAD sometimes.

If it wasn't meant to be picked up for jobs it would be 'out of service'.

There is a similar setup on KI, where Kingscote have a Bravo34, Charlie34, Delta34, etc. They are all "out of service" until the brown stuff hits the whirly thing

Just the way the response plans & station beat lists work with each other. EMA RCR response looks for a minimum of one rescue and one pump plus either one MFS or CFS appliance depending on which area. In the case of three Salisbury CFS appliances to the same job I would presume that local MFS were busy, so rather tHan going crazy and pulling a truck from miles away it fills that spot with the next nearest appliance.
