Hey do we have a dedicated special operations group for saas rescue work? and if so what is the selection process and is it very hard to get into?

they have an extesive physical testing including jumping from the chopers, vertical work, confind space, so much walking and running including with medic packs plus i belive you have to be an intensive care paramedic to be able to apply
