Really...this is not an emergency services call. The koala is either in the trees in the Monastery (behind the cement trees) or at the Servo given the location given.

Call in RSPCA, DENR or a wildlife rescue team...but a MFS appliance for this is ridiculous.

I think that is the process for anything high off the ground or heavy....why not get a sick animal (assumption, could be anything) safe rather than a paid crew sitting in the station. **personal opinion only**
