If you mean the person who found the pager, press a button & the screen displays CFS. They could have then rung the local brigade or group. OR the SES pagers have a sticker on the back with SA-GRN Heldesk 1300 telephone number.

I assume if the holder of the pager does not come forward, they will track the pager number to the holder via written asset records.

I meant the person who has lost the pager wouldn't have got the message.

Hopefully the brigades have all their assets recorded, I could tell you who owned a pager that was lost in seconds from our brigade. :wink:

My pager ID has worn off, but noticed when changing battery the other day that they also posted vital details inside.

But yeah, i think the point was if they have lost their pager, they clearly arent going to get the message are they?
