Yeah, well said oz fire.  If there are 2 services working together well then we shouldn't try to interfere. they do a great job, leave them be.

Its a good thing that the SES are doing teh animal rescues now. It takes a load off the CFS to do the thing that we are meant to be doing, not saving a cat from a branch!

Paging regular sitreps would be a good idea. It keeps people knowing about what is happening. It means that people can go to the station to be a relief crew or whatever they need to do to help the guys out on the truck.
