Here is the 9,000 ltr Tanker that is going to get repainted (but will have an acknowledgment of it's ForestrySA heritage)?? Yet to find out exactly how though.

The 9,000 ltr Tanker

It is actually a 9,000 litre tanker (that will be housed at Melrose) with a further 13,000 ltr tanker also be made available during the fire season if required (operating out of Jamestown by a contractor to ForestrySA). I will post photos of both tomorrow.

The advert called for "Permanent part-time" firies - I took that to be retained crew not full-time. But I don't know for sure.
