An article that i found says that human factors and ergonomics research finds that lime-yellow fire vehicles are less likely to be invovled in accidents.

the name of the article is Fire trucks are supposed to be red, right? not if you want to reduce accidents.

At the end of the day does colour really matter as long as a truck arrives to help or put the fire out.

the Mr and Mrs public just want to see and hear the siren coming to help.
