Isn't interview pass/fail? Sounds like you guys are reserves for the next squad

Got the email yesterday, and the interview is on the 17th

An email has come through, cheers all, good luck to those interviewing

Could be the case, but I know people yesterday that got their emails and interviews ranging from 14th-17th

I was in the first round of beep testing, don't have any tattoos and don't have anything on my driving history, so doesn't make any sense to me

How many people received invites to interviews?

Does anyone know when HR finish for the year/go back to work in January? Those who passed on their driving history and tattoos, I'm guessing we will hear sometime into January about the next step?

Has anyone who was in the pool who ran the PAT1 but missed out on an interview received a driving history email?

Hopefully they are able to give some information when you're there about when interviews might be

Also wondering if those who interviewed but didn't receive a PAT2 invite failed the interview or they are still in the running, wait and see what their 'further information' is

And approximately 60 interviewed already with approximately 60 still waiting on an interview invitation, so gives them a large pool to select from with an additional say 80 passing PAT 1, interesting to see how many are interviewed for the second course

Left Foot Snap are you able to provide any insight into where they are heading with these PAT1s?

I have heard they are planning on interviewing more candidates early next year, so seems these additional PAT1s could be creating a larger interview pool

If anyone follows the Facebook page, "Fire Recruitment Australia" I saw old mate there is saying they will open applications again halfway through 2019... but he probably knows about as much as we do right now

Unfortunately Left Foot Snap, the best we can do at this point is to stay optimistic and try and guess what is happening

I've also heard that will be happening in July, wouldn't they still need a squad to start before then?
I'm still holding hope that either the extra info that the guys waiting for a PAT2 is that they are on a waiting list, or they will interview the remaining pool

Has anyone been deemed unsuccessful after the interview yet? Be interesting to know how many haven't progressed from that stage vs how many waiting for a PAT2
