Is this the standard 'no' for an interview, or is there still a chance later?

Hi everyone,Its my first time posting on the forum, so i thought I'd say Hello. I've been eagerly waiting for the next MFS recruitment to come around. This will be my first try as well. I didn't apply back in 2011 as had just gotten back from an extended stint overseas and had no HR license at the time.
