Has anyone trained with neighbouring brigades that are in a differnt group to them? I would like to train with our two neighbouring brigades as we are responed together on most calls. The only issues is that we train on different nights, has any one thought of or tried this before?
organsise an exercise with them...rather than impose on training nights if they are different...
The Only Thing I Can Think Of Is To Contact Our Training Officer & Try To Arrange It Via That Means.
Jono from Seaford.. Meet Cybercitizen from Aldinga.
(Well, im guessing you are from seaford, being the nearest brigade from a different group to them??)
lol
There you go, thats the first step.

Lol, thanks. We actually did our Level 3 together and have met before!
We have done a couple of session with our CFA brigade just up the road, RCR mainly in the past year but we always attend there group training day.
we dont even train with brigades in our group :-D
Who needs to train after rookies? Training is for firefighters who don't go to jobs :-D
yeh, who need to learn about new techniques and equipment? and who needs to buildgood relationships with there crew mates?
i know... tis all in jest.
I went to group training once, realised I knew it all and more so I never went back.
I might be new here, but it is a pity this seems to be used more as a playground for those who are bored / waiting for a job...
I love know it all's....especially when they stuff up!
