Also curious,

Doesn't look like CFS fleet.  Must be either ForestrySA or DEH (National Parks & Wildlife).  Courier or Bronco?

On the ForestrySA subject, anyone got any photos of the FireKings that Forestry used to replace their old RFW's? (Sorry for raiding your post, Medevac)

south east B14 is one of the new and only ford appliances in service with DEH based in MOUNT GAMBIER,its ok for forset work but not good for fast grass fire's there is no work area on the rear and from the crew that I spoke to they would rather have there old toyota back.. I was not happy that the crew where standing on the rear tray with no protection other than holding on with one hand and spraying water with the other hand.... Not a bad looking unit not sure of cost.....

I agree rescue5271 South East Bravo 14 does have it's disadvantages with not being able to be used for chasing vertical running grass fires but is still a beauty of a unit cause of it's sizwe and very comfy seats

South East Alpha 14 is alot better suited for chasing running grass fires cause its a toyota hilux ute with alot of grunt

I stole this link from the promotions unit website - it shows the appliances:

I was in Mt Gambier Blue Lake Caravan Park over Australia Day holiday. Small fire in the pine plantation opposite the caravan park gave me an insight into the fireking's operating.

Awsome size of the fireking trucks when two arrived to extinguish the fire. Multiple MFS, SAPOL, CFS and Forestry vehicles also on site.

Photographs takens with a film camera (I am a bit behind current technology ). The camera's film is being processed now, so will scan and publish photos when I get them.

Did anyone else have issues accessing Daves photo? Or is my computer just being stupid?
