I remember from many years ago going to the Adelaide MFS station for an open night, where they put on display's etc. Do they still do that at all? It was rather good.
I think that they only do that when they are recuiting but not too sure. They had one not too long ago when they did the last recuitment
It is often done to collect money for various things, 2 recent ones have been for the jan 11 bushfire appeal and for a cancer charity, cant remember the name off hand.
Cool, good to know they still happen and are for a good cause. HAve to keep an eye out.
Next Sunday, May the 7th Wakefield Street Station will be open from 10am - 4pm in benefit of the womens and childrens hospital i believe.
