I saw one of these the other day. Channel 7? (not sure if News or Today Tonight) are doing a story on them.
Anyone got any info about the bikes and the service they will provide...I presume first response.
Thanks.
Yes it was a segment on 7 News presented by Jessica Adamson on the sprint bikes Adam.
They operate out of the Thebarton base and are first response equipped with O2 and defibrilator etc.
Fleet 480 and 481
Thanks!
Sometimes I think everything old can be new again...
My father-in-law used to ride motorbikes for St Johns Unley many, many years ago.
I would be interested in pictures if anyone has them. Thanks.
The segment can be found here Andrew http://au.news.yahoo.com/sa/video/ (http://au.news.yahoo.com/sa/video/) and Select "Sprint team to the rescue"

Fantastic! The guy that is on one of the bikes is one of the cert 11 driving trainers too. :-)
Cert eleven?!?!
I think he's a bit more than a Cert 2 driving trainer.
last I heard he is SAAS's driving standards manager.....
For those that have'nt seen them yet. :-D
and their riders...

Ah yes, that would make him Cat eleven.
This bike came to my school when someone collapsed a few days ago, and then yesterday down the street for a very nasty MVA (didn't see it though). Do these guys just work Mon-friday or on weekends too?
7 days a week
