Found these today. Anyone know what happened?
WOW! :-o A rolled DEH 14!!! Not a very rare occurence...
OUCH :-o
I believe it happend at cleland on one of the fire tracks.
No-one injured
No fault of anyone's just bad luck.
Not during fire operations
And for the info I got, it didn't roll very far either.....

I managed to do the same thing long ago, but the 14 had a vertical tank on it, thats the reason she went over due to it being top heavy, but it didnt have half the damage Anesty had. Mmmmmm wonder if it was the same track.
That is not 'The' Anstey 14, the lack of bullbar bling (polished alloy bar) is a dead giveaway.
I think you'll find 'the' Anstey is safe and well at Black Hole.
But I did hear about another parks 14 acco... Not sure that this is it though.
Something about a handbrake failure at a recent burn.
Not at Cleland either...
i did see a NPWS 14 hand brake go in cobblers creek about two weeks ago, did not look that bad but i did not get a good look at it

Ahm, the new Anstey 14 might exist with a shiny bull bar, but the one pictured was crashed back in the first part of 2008...and it was Anstey 14 at that time!!
As for crashing accos.... it has been a number of years since parks had an acco in the fleet......!

I know the person that was driving at the time, and by the sounds of it an unfortunate accident, that he was lucky to walk away from without a scratch.
