which way was the car coming from? im presuming its from the kangarilla direction hit and spun around? cant imagine really building up enough to hit that from the clarendon direction and smashing the rail out....

I totalled my parents car when I was on my P's, so I know what they're like from personal experience (or incidentally, lack there of). There are some areas that I'd place bets going to an MVA (if that wasn't in such poor taste) that it was a P plate driver, more often male than not. I wonder if the RAAP program is making any impact on statistics for young drivers.

This has nothing to do with anything, except the fact Mack made a point about something, and yet was somehow made out to be the one that made a mistake...
Mack has a good point re: the photos of which their is
NO argument...
The original photo had
NO visable image of a P-Plate... Mack was asking a question how it was known it was a P plater, and making a statement there was no visable shot of a P-Plate...
Then the image is posted of the P Plate, and what, Mack was meant to know you had that picture on your computer??? It was never posted initially...(and how do we know the pictures are on another forum??) We aren't all mind readers here... Sheesh... I love it how people think they are right all the time !

neither do i, but it just happened to stand out in the windscreen to me.
Great to see crew from both CFS and SES working together. Photo was also in the newspaper on the weekend (I think Saturday Advertiser)

Just out of interest why was the SES called and what did they do about it?
I thought you would just call transport SA and say come fix your bridge.
SES got paged my MFS for "Car hanging off side of bridge CFS in attendance" So don't know if MFS comms made that decision or CFS on site requested it - maybe they thought it would become a vehicle recovery.... ??
Both services were paged simultaneously for that job :wink:
