Where have you been to fight fires in the state

it was a nice sunday drive down there and back the other day with our strike team,found a very nice fishing hole but we did not pack the rods......

We were there Thursday night / Friday Morning. Pretty busy to for night shift. We saw some good spots for fishings to.

I can add onka and mt bold to my list. Onka was night shift, just blacking out and backburning. Mt bold however, jeez that was nuts. good experience though.

didnt make it unfortunately.... work just didnt match up for any of the 4 shifts my brigade did  :-P

We had a good call yesterday 25/1/07. 35 spots along the train line between Goolwa and Chiton Rocks were either smoking or burning due to some type of problem with the Steam Train.
It was just like the old days.

Beleive it or not ive been to a fire in Dalhousie Springs, which is about 120Km from the NT border whilst at National Sparks
