there is actually... in USAR applications.

but theres that problem again.... people listen and notice little bits and pieceswithout knwoing the bigger picture.

Theres a difference between having somethings designated as RCR Kit, and USAR...

i fail to see anywhere on there website (which is presumably your sole source of information) saying that they carry RCR gear. It is only ever reffered to as hydraulic cutters and spreaders?
