Thankfully that has changed and the CFS policy is that a minimum of 4 persons are required for turnout in a minimum 2.2 appliance,and at least 2 BA operators when responding to an EMA job,

Interesting you should mention about the two BA operators for any jobs into MFS area, I wonder why that did not apply to a fringe hills brigade the other day responding in their 14 to a Private Alarm in MFS area. If our brigade tried that we'd be shot.

I think its 2 BA for a COQ (and any sunsequent calls), not just for a job in MFS Area...
