Can anyone shed any light on if SES have one with MFS now??
If so, are there any penalty clauses for errors, omissions etc or is it purely a piece of bureaucratic paper to say they can do it?
From second-hand information, but I believe a service level agreement exists between management of SES and MFS. This is in relation to 'call receipt and dispatch' services.
I do not know if financial penalities or payment clauses exist.
This is a more formal agreement than SES have with the CFS, which is a 'gentlemans agreement for best endevours'.
I assume this is all part of the SACAD project.
Some problems in the SES SCC transition exist and the move has been postponed.
