While the pager message may be unprofessional what is the EOC to do? No volleys , obviously the paid cert 4's up there we not available. Its a sign of the times in country and metro overworked career staff and burnt out volleys in the country with over worked EOC staff also. But hey spending cuts and a restructure might solve It all!

Personally...if I was to get that page looking for a crew at that time of morning....I would more likely make an effort than if they just paged with a message begging.
