If you force people to join.... are you really going to get what your looking for?

That Statement Is So True, I Know We All Wish We Had Better Coverage, However Forcing People To Join Just Won't Work.

Just Do A Recruitment Drive At The Local High School, That Usally Works For Us, Although We Do A Multi Agency Mock Rescue In An Attempt To Prevent MVA's, However This Usally Follows With A Few Sign Ups.
