Damage to appliances on deployment

It might not be worth while buying a new chassis as i know that 2 years ago the appliance spent time at Moores having its deck fixed after it snapped, and i don know how they fixed it, but our appliance had supported welded underneath so that might be a reason for not transplanted the back onto another chassis

I note that later Moores builds have a straight tray rather than the split level
one on Yank 34. One less point of failure to engineer around I guess...

To add on, I just heard that both the forward and rear diff's were damaged.

Yank 34 is a different chassis to the Blackwood one.

Yank 34 was part of a batch built by Moores - the others in the same batch included Kersbrook, Kangarilla, Echunga, Mallala, Jervois, Browns Well, Freeling, Kingscote, McLaen Flat, Moorak, Moorook, Mount Graham, Yahl, One Tree Hill and more...


Although the I recall that the design did change as the build went ahead....

I heard that the diffs were damaged as the truck was driven home with 4wd still active, but currently it is still in station with a lot of do not cross tape wrapped all around it

I know for a fact the front diff has a rather large dent in in from a sink hole.
Yank had Region 1 24 currently as a replacement, I saw it today.
