PRINCIPAL PROJECT MANAGER, I.T.
SAFECOM

.....The SA Country Fire Service requires a high level Project Manager to lead and manage the rollout of technology to the volunteer sites across the State.....

*** sounds like volunteer sheds will be getting some IT goodies...would be an interesting, challenging & potentially frustrating 12 month contract. But if it worked properly and the stake holders were 'on board', then it would be a satisfying contract work.

My personal opinion only.

Old news mate...some are still waiting on the PC/laptops and lets be real who wants a PC in a shed that has no power????

Darren

Surely they would be smart enough not to give those brigades desktops. Maybe give the Captain or whoever happens to do fire reports a laptop.

Only if that recommendation is chosen...  It's all just speculation at this stage!

Personally, my area is flooded with technology,  other places probably need it.

Ive somewhat thought, technology is beginning to cloud some vision higher up.
