What makes you continue to respond and be part of a CFS brigade?

The mates and people
The cool equipment we get to use
The politics
I like The Hero high feeling you get at callouts
the training courses that benifit you in your other life
i compleatly selflessly don;t get anythign i just like helping people

Simple question, In short I am pretty much certain that people only hang around for the stuff they get for themselves. As we all enjoy something in CFS then there is a reason we hang around. What is it for you? and maybe it is possible to look at improving the bits we like which will help :mrgreen: recruit and retain.

My freakin NAVMAN is jammed as the CFS station as its destination, thats what keeps me coming back!
