But a lot of the time it is an incident that requires assistance...sometimes you get the lazy people...about 30 incidents today according to the SES website....but gale warnings have been issued by BoM.

Yardwork business has been brisk today lads/ladies you seriously need to think about raising your prices .
Do you SESers call the big flat plastic thingys, tarps or salvage sheets? Or do they start out as tarps and then magically turn into salvage sheets, or vice versa depending on their assigned role?

I have not been on a truck for a while, but I believe it is either plastic (fordicon builders plastic) or tarps (with ropes attached via eyelet holes).

Some one else on this forum can confirm or update my knowledge.

Lads its that time of year again, once you finish clearing out gutters for people that "I didnt know leaves filled the gutters, and bugggered things up",.... well seeing as your out to taskings and wet, can you nip around again and finish off my yardwork.
I would have done it myself, but unfortunately I have been diagnosed with CBF and am having trouble doing the jobs I used to do!
On top of having CBF, the footy started this weekend, it was the opening game of the Baseball season and Oakbank was on, so ill leave a list of what needs doing pinned to front door....can you also try to keep the noise down with your powered equipment, wouldnt want to aggrivate my CBF!.
Whats that I hear you ask,"CBF" what vile ailment has struck down our fellow SAFF member, its the same ailment that a lot of the people that your taskings suffer from CBF or as the medical field know it "Cant be Furked".
So as my "ailment" has flared this weekend, could you once you have finished clearing gutters with the water entering through roof and water may flood premises or even small branch blocking driveway from my fellow CBF sufferers, whip round and take care of the items on my extensive list, after all I pay my ESL!! :-P
