Wonder WHY 359 weren't called when it is in their boundary?

Probably because its a fire in CFS area in a gully, not really a job that an MFS pumper spec is capable of tackling.

The MFS usually still get called for prevention on first call

Your right, they can be used for asset protection, but are not a part of pre-determined response for that area.

Treat everyone as if they are an idiot, until they prove you otherwise.

There was a BRT (sorry didn't see the number, it was getting dark and I was more focussed on getting coffee  :-D) at the staging area when we arrived at 8pm ish at One Tree Hill.
Didn't see it on the fire ground but would assume it wasn't just doing a spot of sight seeing.  There were a couple of houses out near the main road that did have asset protection applied to them, so they were possible there.

Going by the radio traffic Elizabeth was sent COQ to One Tree Hill CFS.

339 was at One Tree Hill to provide rescue coverage for them during the job.
