Today,an ambulance engine caught on fire. Wasn't surprised to notice it as on eof the very rare for transit vehicle- that's why they should stick with the mercedes!

Thank god they didn't have a PTO pump.
To think they employed me as a drooling retard...

Boredy.....just move slowly away from the matches...keep ya hands where we can see them

Disappointing part of this incident is the injuries received by the crew in trying to turn on all the oxygen cylinders in the vehicle and then attempting to stop the firies from extinguishing the fire

mm..I know who the crew was..and I make no excuses and no apologies..

in fact...there's probably a very good reason they're working ATS......

Hey if there not good enough for emerg they are not good enough for ATS/PTS either as far as Im concerned!!! ATS/PTS/ESU shouldnt get emerg rejects.....

perhaps we could loan them to the St John PTS service as instructors!.....

rest assured..now paramedics have been properly recognised as "professionals" - we won't have as many managers giving their mates or wives jobs anymore......
