Studied for Amateur Radio Foundation License, after attending training during Saturday at Glenelg North. Happily I can say that I passed the theory & practical tests.

My wife was studing for the DAN First Aid course she attended & passed on Sunday.

So it was a quite night in the family house, with the kids saying they were bored...  :-D

Now wait for ACMA & WIA to process the paperwork to issue the callsign & license....then investigate purchasing some basic equipment.

My wife already has an electronic certificate to say she has renewed her first-aid certificate, while she waits for the formal certificate to be issued.

Congrats bajdas for passing mate i have been studying to get my foundation licence and have asked the SE Radio Group about the foundation licence course but havent heard as such yet of a weekend course being held but i'll wait until something does come up  :-)

well the weekend before was more enjoyable as I went and played down at Kalangadoo (and no before anyone asks I did not see Robert at all) but that was about the end of my thrilling Saturdays. Though I will admit the one the other week will probably last me a couple of months
