Convoy for Kids

If anyone was not aware there will be a few fire appliances in Convoy for Kids.

When? Sunday 25 May 2008

Where? Barratt Reserve at Adelaide Shores West Beach.

Time? 8.30am till 2pm

How much? Free entry to the Convoy Carnival

What's happening?

- live entertainment

- games, rides and fun for the whole family

- on-site catering

- all new Truck Show 'n' Shine

- displays and stalls by local truck suppliers

- major charity raffle

 

To register a truck in the 2008 Convoy for Kids, please complete the 2008 Convoy Truck Registration Form and/or to enter a truck in the all new Truck Show 'n' Shine please complete the Truck Show 'n' Shine Entry Form.

How do we get on with insurance ?
Has this been ok'd by CFS state HQ ?
Love to do it and we have a spare truck that will be suitable,
better do some checking I guess....... :?

Don't forget you also have to pay the entry fee....I am guessing it isn't waived for CFS......

Well the Convoy for Kids 2008 is over and a good contingent of fire appliances made the trip including my Fleet 35.I had 5 people from Novita Childrens Services in my appliance, and Grayson who was left in charge of the siren control.....loved every minute.

Attending appliances were my Fleet 35,Dalkeith 24,Gumeracha 14,Salisbury 34,Seaford Pumper,Stirling Pumper,Tea Tree Gully 14,Virginia Tanker,Women For Wheels and a Fire King
