Ozfrire appears to be hosted on Dreamhost who have been having some problems recently.

Today they are moving a cluster of servers to a new datacentre, and it seems to have taken down a lot of their shared hosting.

If this is what's affecting ozfire, expect it to be down for some hours yet.
