i think all the 12s are basically light pumpers (but better than a "p" rom memory), so not too bad for a busy urban group...

yeah, they have a high volume high pressure PTO driven pump on them. They live off of hydrants and make good pumpers. mechanically, they have they're moments, but so do all aging trucks. One great thing about them is their storage. well on ours we have(quick list)

2 BA
chainsaw
shovels, rakehoes etc
driptorch
3 stage ladder
knapsacks
jerry cans
12(?) hoses of various sizes
general tools
2 extinguishers
couple of ropes
foam

thats the basic list of stuff.
overall, not too bad of a truck

heres stirling's, pretty much the same as ours, except they've got little locker up the top
