Seriously he is a good operator - lots of experience.
Looks after the vollies too - well most times anyway! (can't always though especially when they stuff up
)
Easy to talk to, doesn't try to micro manage - I just thought they would head in a different direction thats all.
Anyway hopefully now all of that stuff is soughted, we will focus on the important stuff and move forward.
