Hi all,

Just listening to the scanner and heard a 302. Has this replaced Oakdens 303?

Yes it is currently at engineering

If there are no spare skyjets floating around they generally use a spare pump to replace a skyjet that has gone offline. So you will sometimes hear 2011 Adelaide 3rd pump or 241 Woodville pump.

Currently Woodville 243 and HQ 203 are Skyjets

Most of the MFS people are fairly approachable. Try contacting the station by phone to arrange a visit just pop in..

Hey tequila just walk into the station with your swimming cossie on i'm pretty sure they won't knock you back for a tour then :-P

oaken is a nice tidy station but lacks a lot of the modern cons
not as good as some of the new ones but better than some of the old ones
from my experience the lads at oakden are a good bunch and would probably be more than happy to give you a tour
