till the brigade captain or admin officer see the police check the new members is not allowed to do anything and if you have to wait that long then you will lose him/her as a member. I like some aspects of what the boss has in mind and it sure does look good on paper.At this stage its only a discussion paper forgroups/brigades to look at and then provide feed back to the boss.
