Following recent events, I have had a 100% change in mindset on this dennis...

With the movement of MFS into the Seaford area, I now think we would be better off focusig our efforts on keeping A truck....i dont care which one,

Yeah you guys need to now really push your worth from a rural point of veiw, say have a 34 and 14 and if your lucky you might end up sharing a station with the MFS or something and just doing rural and strike teams etc.

I agree with the Tillerman, Seaford should now focus on being able to cover the rural areas down there. Maybe even keep two big trucks so that you can still go on Strike Teams. I can't see any benefit in putting the Dennis down their now, I think one of the reasons it was suggested it needed to go there was to put their road crash gear on, a 34P can do that just as well.

My tip on the Dennis is that it will go to Morphett Vale, it would replace their 24P nicely.

Yeah i wrote about this in the other thread, maybe a 34P to back up MFS, their current 24 for strike teams and maybe a 14.

Cant see Morphett vale getting the Dennis as you would then have 2 x 2WDs next to each other being Happy Valley and Morphett vale.

No they don't, if we decline it we just get our pumper back. Then continue our wait on the vehicle replacement list.

Hope you get good use out of it,mind you the amount of cash CFS has spent on that ice cream truck could have been better spent on a new type two pumper for seaford.
